WHO IS WINFRED NANA AMOAH?

WHO IS WINFRED NANA AMOAH?

Bob Proctor, an esteemed motivational orator of his era, often expounded on The Law of Attraction, articulating, "If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands".

There are many forms of meditative manifestation, but visualization has never been my most successful medium. I want to change that. As a personal goal, I want to increase my ability to visualize things in my mind and manifest them into my life.

Well, some time ago I was out shopping when I felt something calling me to a shelf where I found a single piece of artwork featuring a woman who looked like me - A West African Mother.

As I looked at the product closer, I realized it was a puzzle. I don't do puzzles often, but I had never seen artwork of women like me simply sitting on the shelf in a 'common' department store.

I had to have it. If I'm being honest, once I got it home, it sat in a drawer for several months, not because I didn't want to do it, but because I wanted to save it for a special time where I could commit to the pleasure of the process in building it.

Well, after days of trying everything to trigger clear visualization with no progress - I remembered: The Puzzle! I decided to clear a space where the puzzle could be kept to use as a tool for training my ability to visualize what it is I want to attract.

Whenever I hear Bob Proctor in my memory saying if you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands, I sit down to this puzzle and train my brain to see what it wants, then put it together. I gotta tell you it's been working! When I'm away from the puzzle, I'm able to imagine scenarios and see them play out in my mind in short bursts.

The further into the process of putting the puzzle I've gotten, the more I started to appreciate the symbolism and nuances the artist used within the mosaic recreation of this woman and the artist as well. Even the title, "I Am Alive" is such a beautiful Affirmation!

I thought, who is the artist telling me this beautiful story through the portrait of a West African Woman? What I discovered was a beautiful story about a young, successful, Ghanian-based artist and his expression, of his bond with the women in his community.
